Marc Ador looks at the street through layers, reflections, and motion blur, pulling people and street art into the same visual plane, creating strange, dialogues between static walls and rushing crowds.

Hi my name is Marc Ador Born in QC, grew up in Bulacan. I am now living here in Melbourne, but I often go back to the Philippines. I enjoy looking at great photos and, I also like reading books and photo books. Aside from Photography, I do watch anime, I listen to rap music, and I appreciate poetry.

Most of my work is focused around candid street photography, but I remain open to photographing across different genres.

I shoot in color and I am drawn to things I find weird. I mostly photograph instinctively, based on what my eyes see at the moment. I also enjoy playing with connection subtlety and forced perspective.

For me, photography has become a way of life. I pick up a camera, search for what interests me, and capture it to preserve a moment. Through this repeated process, I begin to see things differently. Over time, it has shaped the way I see, think, and experience the world.

The people in my circle have all influenced my photography, each in different ways. To name a few who have had a particularly strong influence on me: Local: Karlo Flores, Arsenic Junior, Jamir Lyndon Lumbao, John Rudio, Miguel Lisbona and Raymond Tanhueco International: Pau Buscato and Siegfried Hansen
